  : Very clean. Very nice room. Good breakfast.
  : Noise from the street below. Loud music from bars and restaurants. Cleaning staff talking loud and laughing at 7.30 in the morning. Mattress was a little on the hard side

  : Part of the second building serving some rooms is not easily accessible through the elevators which is not very practical when travelling with suitcases

  : Very rich breakfast. Concert in the evening. Beachtowels by the pool. Wonderful view from terase.
  : I reserved 2 bed room, but the hotel could jot provide it, instead 1 bed was offered.

  : The selection of the food was comprehensive and there were options for vegetarians. They also changed the menu so the food was not boring.
  : We had a problem with one waiter. He was very hostile towards us. He yelled at us for taking a glass of water outside of the cafeteria, which we were not informed in advance. He also physically tried to grab the glasses from our hands which was very aggressive and hostile towards a guest. We had to report the incident to the manager on our first day. They didnt even allow us to take a bottle of water we purchased to our rooms which was very inconvenient. We also had a confusion about the currency of payment and in the end we ended up paying more than what we had in our booking and the staff was not very helpful as they did not offer us any solutions or complements. Our sink was clogged and it wasnt fixed even though we informed the staff.
