  : We like the view and location.
  : Mattresses are old and the food can definitely be improved. Last but not least, someone stole 2 of my most expensive makeup products from my room. Other small products were missing during our long two weeks stay I would not recommend this hotel to friend or family.

  : Hotel was excellent. Location is awesome , right on the beach. Food was great, there were different options each day, there was a variety of foods. Room has a kettle and a microwave. We booked a side sea view, but it was almost a full sea view, we were really pleasantly surprised.
  : Room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. Beverage options for all inclusive guests are a bit limited, for example you can only get small beer. They only have twin beds, no double beds in the rooms.

  : The cleanliness of the hotel, the lovely staff in every department, the seaview from the pool area, I would recommend paying extra for the sea view.
  : The beach has a lot of seaweed, however if you walk up the beach to playa de muro it is beautiful.

  : Hotel was clean and reception was friendly enough to let us check out after one night.
  : Food and service were HORRIBLE! We travel a lot but never ever been to such horrible place. The food at the buffet was with low quality and the service at the restaurant was non-existant. The "drink" at the bar was down right just horrible. We ordered some cocktail but the drink was pumped out from one single big transparent bottle without any further manual processing. We booked all inclusive so we expected that the hotel should very minimal provide drinking water since the tape water on the island contains lots of chlorine. However, we only got one bottle of water. We asked for more or refill, and they asked us to get a refill in the restaurant with the original first bottle, from a water tap and that's the only location to get water refill! It's not super hygienic to go to the bar with a plastic bottles that can not be washed every time for water ! We ended up buying water from nearby supermarket despite the 300+ euro we paid for the night. It is after all a 4 star hotel which cost not little per night but we got basically zero service for extremely poor content. Obviously it's a systematic problem so we will never ever go to any Grupotel again.

  : The rooms are spacious with your own balcony. The staff are amazing and helpful. The food is good and they're prepared to host all the guest's.
  : The room had a bad smell, and it's lasted throughout our stay.

  : Nice breakfast facilities and great beach front location next to the beautiful Muro beach.
  : bathroom is super small and quite outdated, pillows and bed were not very comfortable, Can Picafort is not a nice town but this property is on the border of the Muro beach area which is beautiful.
