  : Large pool and quiet. Adults only gives it a relaxing feel around the hotel.
  : Our air conditioning didn't work in the room. We reported it to reception, and I sensed this was not the first time a fault with the air conditioning had been reported. No apology, just a quick 'we will take a look'. Still not working when we arrived back to hotel late, asked again, they said the maintenance man would be here with a spare part in the morning (again no apology). We didn't want to keep our door open because of the mozzies, so simply slept on top of covers. We didn't ask again the following day as we were leaving. It's a shame really as the hotel is quiet nice, but there was simply no urgency. We are probably too polite and should have pushed harder, or requested a different room.

  : Adults Hotel calm good for relaxing
  : There was a lot of insects, cockroaches, mosquitoes in the hotel. The smell of pesticides was obvious in our compound. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly ( not all of them). Although my room was in the third floor, there was a huge cockroach in the balcony. We have cancelled our stay in the hotel, they have charged us with an extra night and did not pay us the rest residual nights. I do not expect such a behaviour from 4 star hotel. The options in the restaurant are very limited, I would say: level of a maximum 3 star hotel.

  : + pool + Spacious and clean rooms + all the rooms have balconies and a view to the pool + very friendly personal + value for money
  : - wifi - breakfast was just fine but more vegan options would be great - We stayed once for dinner because the vegetarian and vegan options were limited (a lot of TK veggies and not a big salat variety)

  : Nice pool and friendly staff.
  : Air conditioning and Wifi didnt work well. Pool closes at 6pm. Breakfast was very loud with staff cleaning up plates.

  : Good location, spacious rooms and decent variety of food, especially the themed nights.
  : Not a dislike as such, but there was local festival on one of days we stayed which resulted in a firework show at midnight. Stumbled on it by chance, maybe an opportunity for the hotel to advertise it was happening as it was brilliant to see.

  : All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. The swimming pools were lovely with plenty of sun beds. Also the small pool with the submerged beds was really nice. Good location with the main town only a short walk away. Breakfast was good to with plenty of choices.
  : Would have really liked coffee/ tea making facilities in the room, as Im an early waker I really wanted a coffee early, also only found out after we had checked out that there was a fridge in the room but we never knew it was there under a cudboard. I found the price of alcoholic drinks rather expensive, we only had bed and breakfast so had to pay for drinks. Also the air conditioning in the room was only just noticeable and room was fairly warm .

  : Clean and spacey rooms.Big and not crowded swimming pool. We have been in Mallorca 10 years ago in another 4 star hotel which was a different level. This hotel is a superb 3 star hotel, and would not need too much to be much better. Except the small problems details below, we liked it and reccomend this! It is not a "money" problem to change these small things. Air condition in our room was ok :)
  : At the first night dinner when we left the waitress was asking for a "note", about what did we drink? We said nobody gave us any note, cause no waitress was showed up during our meal. We used the soda machine for cola and other. They said it is not included in the "half board". I think thats very pity. I understand that maybe all inclusive can include everything, but that not able to drink a soda or water for dinner... (and this is not mentioned, writed down anywhere.) The dining hall is not airconditioned, which make the inside meal a bit sweaty. (make bigger place outside then!) Bread toaster was only showed up one morning, and the half of it did not worked. Wifi in the room was a crap. Always disconnected. Cmon' guys, it is the 21th century. I know people are there for holiday, but need it (work, stream etc).
