  : The hotel is very clean, very stylish and inviting. The view through the huge round windows if you get one is exceptional. The rooftop restaurant has amazing staff, the food was amazing, especially the focaccia. The view from the rooftop bar is a treat. The hotel is centrally located and Frederiksberg has a lot to discover before going to the typical Kopenhagen sights. The hotel staff is very helpful and competent but some could put up a smile. Renting a bike at the hotel was very easy and the bikes are in a very good condition.
  : The sink in the bathroom needs looking into. It makes funny noises smells a little. If you are staying on the 4th floor you need to be a tight sleeper. The restaurant above moves tables and chair at around 3 o’clock at night presumably to clean. Next time we will stay on one of the lower floors.

  : The facilities were great. The room was big and the round window made it very special! There were chromecast, kettle, shower and supply of toiletries in the room and a small gym, comfortable and stylish communal seating spaces in the hotel. The wine hour in the afternoon and prosecco for breakfast were a nice touch if you are on holiday. :)
  : The room cleaning service can be improved. My room was not hovered and my tea cups were not changed daily. On the towels side as I followed the info in the room so I could reuse them to reduce environmental waste but the cleaning person seemed to still changed them everyday.

  : The hotel is new, nicely designed and well conceived. Rooms are clean and brand new. Ask for a "round window" room. I didn't get one, unfortunately, but they looked pretty good.
  : I had the feeling that it really is trying so hard to be "hip" that it missed the mark on some of the basics in terms of guest experience and customer service. The check in process is ridiculously difficult, for instance. After booking the room on Booking.com with a credit card, I was contacted by the hotel and asked to reenter my cc details on their own website - multiple times - or I would lose the room. as a business traveller this seems time consuming and unnecessary (though it probably is convenient for the hotel itself).When I got to the hotel, they couldn't find my booking. I continued to receive emails about logging in to secure my stay with a direct payment even after I had checked out. So there are some things that need to be worked out there, for sure. They couldn't get me a dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant (for one person) and there aren't many other restaurants in the area. The personnel were aloof and didn't seem to want to be bothered. I'd looked forward to staying in the newly renovated Carlsberg Byen, but was disappointed by this one, unfortunately.
