  : Our first room was dirty. The mattress had blood stains, so did the pillow case. When I complaint to reception we got a new room. The new room appeared to be cleaner but the aircon wasn’t working (it only made noises, no cool air came out). Mattresses are very soft. Restaurant and lobby are spotless The hotel seems to renovate some rooms, there was heaps of mattresses lying in the hallway. Both the cleanness and the air-cons seems to be a reoccurring problem when you read through the reviews.

  : Staff is good, The Hotel is big, nice and spacious.Location is great.
  : the air conditioning in the room was not working it was very hot, we slept 3 nights and the rooms were not cleaned we did not get new towels, breakfast should be up to 10 and the juices and coffee were removed half an hour before.

  : Breakfast ok, but guests were asked to get butter from the same tray (as oppose to have their own butter packages). Small thing but I did not like to get my butter from the same tray as anyone else. I saw several people who ate with the same knife they used to get the butter with. Not good hygiene.
  : Cleanliness. For two day is in a row my room was not cleaned. When I asked why they did not clean my rook I was told that for "environmental reasons" I had to order room cleaning separately. Nobody told me about that at check in. I agree to reuse the towels but to pull the 'environmental card' so that the hotel can save money on cleaning the room is something only Scandinavian can understand and it undermines the credibility of a hotel chain like Scandic. If you do not clean the rooms how can I as a guest be sure you clean other parts of the hotel I do not see?My son stayed with me for a weekend. He forgot a jacket in his room and it took the hotel 3 days to get the jacket out of housekeeping and give it to me due to lack of organization. Only when I got mad the evening prior to my checking out did they manage to get hold of the jacket. Very unorganized. Secondly the room I stayed in was right next to a marshaling yard and the trains for the new Metro in Copenhagen began to be noisy around 4:30 am. I have stayed in the hotel several times in the past but will not come back again. Something changed (management, directive about savings from the chain or they are just plain disorganized).

  : We booked a room for 4 persons, but there were only beds made for 2 people.The bathroom was dirty with bloodstains on the walls and mold spots in the shower.The sheets had dirty stains a few places.No soap in the dispenser, etc, etcA worn out hotel tbh.
