  : The floor is made of very old wood and makes very loud sound. Waking at night would wake everyone else up.

  : Location is fantastic. Lidl supermarket, restaurants, Tivoli and train central station 10 or 15 minutes walking. No noise at all during the day and night.
  : The flat is on second floor without elevator. It is not a big problem, but when you arrive in the nigth with four suitcases ando going up the stairs is like... What?.. The building is old and also the flat (wooden floor) but the stay was very nice and comfortable. We missed a toaster in the kitchen. And also a vacuum cleaner or a broom for sweeping the kitchen floor. Please, we appreciate so much if you give guests informstion about where to throw the rubbish /waste, because we didn't find any big waste bin in the street and we didnt know at what time of the day we were allowed to leave the dirty bags in the street. Each country has different procedure. The handle of the main entrance door was broken (out of its place). I called booking to see if they could fit it. They said yes, but nobody came to repair it. We also missed a good mop to dry the bathroom floor after having a shower. A good one. Not the kind of mop that was in the kitchen. And please, don't be careless and change the toilet shelves... It was full of rust.. Awful!!. I've got some pictures of that.

  : The beds were comfortable and it was in a good location
  : It was loud and hot when we had to have the windows open. There was only one fan and although the renters cant have parties the people who love there full time obviously can and since the apartments all face the courtyard it was super loud.

  : The flat was very spacious and looked quite nice. The beds were clean and the towels provided were of good quality. The location was super with a short walking distance to the underground and many other attractions and amenities
  : The bathroom was terrible. the shower curtain was old and dirty. The sink unit and wooden lists in the bathroom were rotting. There was black mold around the sink and the basket for holding toiletries was rusted. The microwave in the kitchen looked like it had exploded on the inside and the kettle was horrible inside. The flat was also not sound insulated so we could hear people in the other flats talking and moving around. Particularly annoying to be wakened at 2 am with people walking over the floor in the apartment above.

  : Good location
  : This was a terrible flat tucked into a small courtyard, through a broken door. Once you opened the door, the first thing you are confronted with is a large fuse box hung on the wall before you. The bathroom had mold around appliances. There was a terrible odor in the place of fried Chinese food (located directly below). The hardwood floor felt dirty, sticky and gummy under our feet. No curtains on the large windows and flourescent light was everywhere. Sterile. Uncomfortable and unpleasant. So much so that we couldn't stay the night. We phone the next day and shared photos and were told we would receive 100% reimbursement. 3 months later, we received half refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. In fact, the relator phoned to tell us we would only receive full refund if we left a 10 star review!
