  : Very clean, perfect location 5 min walk from the slopes, free parking. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant overall serves delicious food.
  : In our apartment the water heater was kinda old so the hot water looked brown colored/rusty. Also walls are very thin and we had loud neighbors

  : Location for skiing is perfect, and it's just a 5 minute drive to the town. The apartment was immaculately clean. It was also lovely and warm.
  : The bed, it's like two mismatched beds stuck together as a double. If you are plus sized there is no room between the bed and the wardrobe or the bed and the wall to access the bed, so you'd have to get in from the bottom. The shower was wild, enough hot water for one, it's not a big deal once you know. The fireplace seems to be just for show but the apartment was very warm anyway. No elevator to the room, again not a big deal but would not be suitable for anyone traveling with small kids or pets that need help on the stairs. My card was charged without agreement, that was annoying, I had planned to pay on another card so would have been nice to be asked. It's 20 lev per night per dog, which is absolutely no issue at all but again it would have been nice to have been informed, granted it wouldn't have made a difference but still.

  : The location, the cleanliness of the apartment and especially the quality of the restaurant were more than satisfying.
  : The floor was freezingly cold and we couldn't let our baby crawl. Many of the staff were speaking only Russian - neither native Bulgarian, nor English, which added up to that most of the rest who spoke Bulgarian, were not very friendly and rarely cooperative, drove us mad.
