  : Everyone in the hotel was polite and welcoming. The pool was warm and the water was clean.
  : The hotel is extremely old. Everything in the room was really old. The door handle was falling off. We couldn't close the door unless we used the key. We couldn't find any switch for the lighting on the balcony. The bathroom was almost clean but I wouldn't use the bath tube even if they paid me.

  : Location, parking, nice view
  : The room was in a poor state of repair - fridge falling apart, dirty shower curtain, broken toilet, peeling doors and woodwork. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable.No drink making facilities in the room. It was too noisy. I was above the terrace, next to restaurant and kids screaming until 2am. No Aircon so had to open window which made it worse. I asked to switch rooms but there were none available which was odd because it's August and the resort was empty, and the receptionist didn't actually check. Welcome booklet was a list of things not to do in the room which was comical because it was already a mess but had no useful information at all, no details about facilities, food, no WiFi password etc. It came across aggressive.
