  : The hotel is in a very good location! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and welcoming
  : The only downside was that our rooms didn't have a hairdryer and we hadn't bring our own .

  : Please read the negatives as well as booking.com likes to hilight the positives only :) Positives: 1) The room was good but needed a bit of fixing up. 2) The food for breakfast and dinner was good, and the people working in the restaurant were really nice. 3) They let us change rooms, which was nice. 4) I didn't try the spa myself, but my friends said it was okay, they did have to tell hotel staff to turn it on and warm it up ahead of time however.
  : 1) The ski shuttle service, which is supposed to start at 8:45, might not always run on time because it's managed by another hotel. This means you might end up waiting for the next shuttle at 9:10 or longer and not get to the slopes until after 10:00, as it stops at two other hotels, which is both frustrating and a waste of time. If you cant provide a service on time don't advertise it as such, especially since there are flyers posted on the wallls that tell guests to preferably take the 8:45 shuttle. 2) You can ask for a hair dryer, but when we asked, they didn't have any available for our rooms. It seems like they might only have one hair dryer for the whole hotel. 3) The "ski wardrobe," is really just a laundry room with not much space for skis and boots. One day, it was so full of bags of dirty sheets that it was hard to find a place for our stuff. We had to move and stack the dirty sheet bags on top of eachother to make space 4) Check-in wasn't great. The person at the desk was on his phone and didn't give us info like: Wi-Fi password, where to find our room, where the restaurant is, or how the ski shuttle works. I had to go back and ask for all of this. When we asked about parking near the ski lifts, they weren't much help either. 5) If your room is on the lower floor, be ready to climb stairs since there's no elevator. Typically not an issue but it's something to think about, especially if stairs are difficult for you.
