  : The parking system, the plates are not washed properly , around the hotel is messy , empty bottles thrown away , papers , etc . Oh and the coffee isnt the best :)

  : The room had an extendable couch, that can be used as an extra bed, we got sheets and towels for each person of the group. They offered to put a baby crib in the room, which was nice of them, and also we received the stay for 1 child as a compliment from the hotel. The pool was clean and the animation team was very nice.
  : Internet is not available in the rooms, only in common areas like hotel lobby and it works really slow!The bed in the room felt unsafe, there are 2 mattresses which are always moving, had to constantly push them together because they would form a gap in the middle and also tilt if you sat at the end of the bed (we are not heavy people). Cleaning is only available in the morning, bathrooms at the health center and restaurant were not at all hygienic and smelled very bad. The food was varied, but they recycled a lot of it, like putting stale potatoes that were previously fried into a sauce, or eggs from breakfast into sauce for lunch. 95% was the same food 3 times a day, so it gets really annoying after the first 2 days. Drinks are limited and very low quality, beer is watered down, and juices are low quality concentrate. Dirty surroundings, we could see garbage all around the property. Not well kept, in the bathroom we had spider webs. We asked for cleaning and it was done (just vacuum and mop). During the day elevators and common areas would get dirty and no one cleans them. Tables outside are not cleaned after 1 party leaves, if you want clean you have to clean it yourself.Parking can be used for 25 BGN per day. Pay when you leave. Balcony light can be used if you call reception and only they can turn it on, but they turn it off at midnight (hotel policy). In the rooms some had a plug extension to put other stuff like phone chargers but others didn't, maybe they would provide it if you ask.There are about 80 stairs from the exit to the beach shops. At the beach you have to pay for chairs, mattresses, and umbrellas. 2 chairs set with mattresses and umbrellas costs 42 BGN.

  : Very closed to the beach and shops, all inclusive with different types of food and drinks, beautiful panorama on see-side room, quiet zone (the clubs are 1.5km far away). For our short period trip, was a good place to stay and enjoy autumn on Black See.
  : The dinner was until 9:00 PM. In the bathroom, they need to fix the pipes under the sink, the smelling is coming. The paid parking place is in the front of the hotel, but there are some oaks and pine. I damaged my car on a windy day/night, with the falling oak fruits.

  : Only the view from the room is nice.
  : The view from the room is nice but next to the hotel was a building site. The food was almost the same every day. Little variety, but the most horrible point was the coffee. Low quality coffee was offered and low quality food and beverage. There was a swimming pool but the water was not clean. Furthermore on the beach there was no sun bed and sun umbrella provided. You need to pay for that extra.
