  : We enjoyed overall the room and the balcony, both big and spacious. The bathroom had a bathtub that we only used partially because the second day of our stay had a lack of hot water (problem solved in the evening). The fridge in the room was useful, along with the kettle for tea.
  : We are veterans of Bulgaria's Black Sea coast and it is the first time we felt unwelcome in this country. Being the off-season (May) there were only us and a couple of people in this hotel. Nevertheless, the staff hotel never said good morning or hello even in the Bulgarian language. We had to ask for every single detail due to no instructions for the spa area or the breakfast. For the spa, there were no towels or specific instructions, and nobody at the reception gave us any information (only for the appointment). Even though the hotel was empty, the room received had only a partial view of the sea and there was no patio space in the room other than bed and desk space. The wifi signal was very low. We had no cleaning service during our stay, a detail that wasn't specified at the reception or in the room.

  : Great hotel, location is very good, quiet place. Breakfast is good, a lot of options to choose from. Hotel staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.
  : when we checkin we noticed the toilet seat was not clean and reported the issue and the staff immediately replaced it with a new one.

  : We were upgraded to an apartment in the next building, because of some repair/ check up issue. The receptionists were very apologetic for the problem . The apartment also had a beautiful view of the sea . It was clean and comfortable.
  : It's not a problem with the hotel itself. I am not sure if there are any restaurants and cafes in the area. We didn't see any and the maps of the area at the reception also did not show any.

  : Staff, food&drinks, spa area, room size and cleanliness were excellent Bus station to Varna 5 minutes by feet Golden Beach promenade 5 minutes by feet (but to come back to the hotel you need to climb some stairs) Staff is really great

  : Location is new or recently renovated.Everything was very clean. The staff was very polite.
  : Found one molded Croissant unfortunately, at the breakfast from the last day. The food was fine but it could be better with no so much extra costs.
