  : The food was fine and pretty diverse, it's very close to the beach, the staff were very nice.
  : The toilet was leaking water, the shower was leaking water from the pipe, the room wasn't not very clean, there were stains of makeup on the table and a constant buzzing sound coming from the AC.

  : There was a large variety of food and drink to choose from the hotel restaurant, the bar staff was super chill and friendly, and the indoor + outdoor swimming pools were extremely relaxing and great to hang out by while they were open. The animation manager and his colleague were extremely friendly and a lot of fun to talk to, they did a great job at organising activities for the guests and making sure everyone was having a good time. The bellboys were super friendly and helpful!
  : The 2 blonde ladies at the reception were extremely unwelcoming (Debora, and I forgot the other one). I felt as if I was bothering them if I went to go ask a question. For example, on our first day there, we had no idea where the restaurant was so we went to go ask at the reception. You can forget service with a smile, instead their tone was more like "Umm.. it's.. over there?" (you'll have to insert the basic bored tonality there). This repeated 2 more times as we simply went to go ask where the facilities were.Additionally, during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services there was a female restaurant manager with long wavy hair who kept working with the food and not once did she have her hair tied up (all of the other female restaurant staff had their hair tied back).At the pool bar, for some reason they are not allowed bottled drinks, so if you want to order cocktails for example, you're going to get it made with the syrup-infused soft drinks from the vending machine. Therefore, every time we wanted a drink and we were by the pool, it was a bit of a pain to have to go inside the cafe to get a decent drink.The outdoor pool is only open until 6pm. Afterwards, the pool guard will ask you to leave, even if you're staying at the hotel. Which seems a bit ridiculous to me (especially in the summer when the sun is out until ~8pm). Additionally, the indoor pool is only open until 7 or 7:30 (If I remember correctly) which means if you feel like going for a late night swim to just chill and talk with your partner, you'd better hope that the weather is nice enough for you to go into the sea. If not, tough luck.A 5 star all inclusive hotel that doesn't have free on-site parking is ridiculous. We had to leave our car parked AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL, because that's what the receptionists told us to do.

  : We enjoy our stay. Hotel has great location. Close to the beach and in the middle of everything. Rooms are beautiful, very well designed. Food for all inclusive was ok.
