  : The hotel is great for its worth. Spacious rooms, pool and other facilities, friendly staff. Plenty of food in the restaurant. Close to the sea. My kids loved it!
  : 1. The hotel is aching for a repair. The wallpaper is very close to falling off, the balcony rails are rusty and need a clean up and painting. 2. The parking is "managed by another organization", right in front of the hotel. I wasn't able to pay by card for the parking, they demanded cash and I got no receipt for that. Also, to pay cash I had to use a local ATM that has predatory fees - the exchange rate is +20% compared to banking rates when getting cash there 3. The food quality could be improved on.

  : Reception girls, especially Emilia, are very nice and helps you with everything.Outside pool is ok, they clean it daily.
  : Food:The food is not according to a 4 star hotel. During our stay(5 nights), we received only 1 type of fruits(melon), they prepared 4-5 types of dishes with the same type of meat(in the same day), the desert almost the same(with different shapes and colors), they don't refill stands very often, you have to ask for it. Icecream table is not very clean.You can get drinks only until 22:30, after this hour you can't drink anything from the bar. We've asked for water, and they said they had to ask the manager if will approve this.Room:Also the room is not according to a 4 star hotel.They have kind of old stuffs, furniture, armchair, TV, etc. A lot of spiders and very visible spiderweb with dust on it, rusty bathroom items. There is no minibar, only an empty mini refrigerator. Staff:Except reception, everyone is moving very slow, you have to wait/ask a lot if you need something.Gym:Don't take it into consideration. Broken machines, very dirty and rusty.Parking:Hotel private parking is very small, but they offer another private parking, which is next to the hotel, but very narrow and the cars are very close to each other.

  : Went well... really nothing, maybe just parking staff. nice guy
  : We didint like everything. Reception staff young girls, just laughing screaming and joking, no seriousness at all. Manager of the hotel, was not so bad till we strarted complaining about not working hair dryer, about food in "restaurant". Restaurant, restaurant staff and food in it was AWFUL. Waiter, is alkoholic old man.. okay he needs job but not there. Food... How chicken can be spoiled?? The food was very bad, kitchen staff dont love their job at all. In bar just fortified drinks... Dress code of staff is awful too...
