  : The hotel was dead! I never saw anyone in it, except for when I got the key, and when I returned it. Super weird. :-(

  : Zasheva Kushta is situated at the centre of Bansko, it is a walking distance to the market as well. The place was nice and clean when we arrived.
  : However, during the stay of 10 days the room was not cleaned even once, the towels and sheets were not changed. We were not even asked if we needed it. We looked after our own bins and threw rubbish away. We had to ask for toilet paper to be given to us. When the place became full, warm water supply was not enough. The rooms have no air-conditioning. They don't have a fridge either. The parking spaces are only 3 and if they are full then street parking has to be found.
