  : It's in the center and the price was amazing. The host is really nice and supportive. The rooms are quite big. It was clean and warm. Tasty food in the restaurant.

  : The location was fantastic - everything was within walking distance and it was just a few minutes from the center of Old Town. I thoroughly enjoyed being so close to everything, and having a centrally located room. Old Town Bansko is definitely the place to be.
  : Perhaps my standards and expectations were too high, but the basics were lacking. In terms of cleanliness, it was very dusty and you could tell many areas had not been cleaned or washed for some time. There was no service either, so if you needed extra toilet paper or clean towels, you were on your own. The bedding was basic and covered a stained mattress. If you're looking for amenities, this room had absolutely none. There was no refrigerator, no coffee/tea or kitchen area, which means your only options are to eat out. The walls are quite thin and I ended up having to sleep with earplugs - there was constant noise coming from outside and the neighboring rooms. Perhaps this is a standard in the Balkans, but I did not particularly enjoy having the shower also be the bathroom. Everything would get wet and flood the bathroom floor, so if you needed to use the bathroom after a shower you could either dredge through water or wait for it to drain out. A warning about this would have been appreciated, I doubt I would have booked this room if I had known. It just seems like a lot of important information was omitted from the listing. This trip was for work, so I needed to have stable WiFi and a workspace....the only table was split with a vanity mirror and impossible to work on. The WiFi kept dropping out constantly and was difficult to have video conferencing. I ended up working from nearby cafes and only spending time in the room when I needed to sleep.
