  : The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, smiling and pleasant. We appreciate her very much!
  : Our room kept smelling from old ashtray or something, even though we aired it daily. Kitchen very poorly equipped, we had to buy ourselves a good knife, a peeler and a salat bowl. Only one large pan and one enormous pot for cooking. No spoons at all, broken cork opener. The mattress wasn't comfortable so that we gradually grew back pains. The bed in one if the rooms was situated too close to the heating system, and we kept hitting our knees in it. The curtains' hooks were too weak, so when pulling on them in order to move them sideways - they detached. The washing machine placed in a cupboard which won't really allow the detergent drawer to open, or to see where it should be put. No drying wrack, so we had to improvise hanging all our laundry on the furniture. One bedside lamp broken, the other with a burnt bulb. Person in charge at dining area very unpleasant. ***answering the aggressive insulting accusations below - argumentum ad hominem is classical exhibition of nothing better to say. Just to make sure - we left the room in a perfect condition (well, that's not true, not perfect, let's just say we left it in the condition we found it upon arrival): we washed all the dishes, made sure all surfaces were clean, bedsheet and towels all piled together. Clothes were hanged on furniture, not lamps. Children are indeed noisy. still, our 2 girls weren't extra noisy, and actually greeted you politely in English and kept saying 'thank you' in Bulgarian to every staff member they met. If children's noise bother you that much - maybe place the minimal play room not right opposite the reception. We weren't complaining about the weather, weather is just that neutral topic to talk about with strangers. The restaurant person - we were the only customers, and couldn't even ask for a herb-less omelet for the kids or inquire about gluten for our Celiac member - without that person scolding and yelling at us. no more space he..

  : Please look carefuly on the pictures of the 7 pools, 6 of them are more like a bathtab and i wouln"t call it a pool Also look crefuly on the pictures of the rooms, and their size, thay are look much bigger than what they are really are and this place defenetly does not worth the price. the place was dirty,, most of the kitchen tools were missing
