  : Rooms were warm (maybe too warm), and breakfast was ok-ish. Reception lady was pleasant.
  : The rooms and bathrooms look old and poorly maintained. Same as the pool area. There is no cleaning service, the staff only takes out the trash and brings extra toilet paper. Definitely not a 4* or even 3* hotel.

  : The staff, especially the boy receptionist which was very helpful and had a proactive attitude to resolve the issues.
  : The room wasnt as in the pictures presented, was smaller and with very old furniture and equipment. The bath wasnt clean, the drain wasnt working and we flooded the room every time we showered without intention. The hairdryer stopped after 5 minutes because of overheating and the hotel didnt has a spare one. They didnt clean the room in one week of stay.The breakfast was very poor and repetitive.The ski shuttle had limited timetable and we had to walk home in some days.

  : We were able to check in outside regular hours. We arrived at 8am and they checkes us in, although the check in starts at 14:00
  : We asked for a 3 persons room/apartment. The 3rd bed was 2 mattresses on top of eachother.

  : The size of the room was ok as was the location.
  : The first thing that happened on arrival was that the receptionist wanted cash for parking at the hotel. This hotel does not accept card payment. However, the was no room in the car park. I was told the parking charge covered parking elsewhere in the resort. This turned out to be untrue. There was no need to park in the hotel car park as there was free on road parking. The breakfast is poor quality, was cold and lacked choice. It was not 4star level. The swimming pool is a danger with broken and loose tiles. The bottom of the pool was falling apart. Whilst in the pool, I stood on 7 small glass mosaic tiles that had come away. Parts of the side walls were crumbling. The tiles surrounding the pool are not non slip. The water was murky. The ceiling had large areas of black mould staining. Broken equipment with jagged metal edges were left beside the pool. The sauna is worn out and stained. The gym equipment is falling apart with one piece of equipment held together with wide tape. The benches' cushioning is split in various places. The whole hotel is in need of redecoration. There is dark staining on the walls above every radiator, which are also peeling. The chrome effect on the plastic shower head is flaking in the hand. The shower was leaking. The bar was hardly ever open. The lobby bar was never open, despite a sign giving its opening hours. This is not a place for 'Apres Ski'. The public area seating is worn, the cushioning out of shape and dirty. Overall this is the worst hotel I have stayed in and deserves none of its 4 stars. We left the hotel and booked into a proper well maintained 4 star for the same price. This begs the question - what is this hotel spending its money on? Certainly not on its upkeep. I hazard a guess it's on overheating the rooms, with no means of turning it down other than opening a window to allow some of the sub zero external temperature to cool it down.
