  : The location couldn't be better. Close to everywhere you need but still so peaceful. We left the window open at night and could hear nothing but the sea which was a stones throw away. The view was awesome, enhanced by the special touch of a telescope in our room. We were made to feel exceptionally welcome and breakfast was delicious. Could not fault this place and would defo stay again.

  : Location perfect overlooking the beach (if you have a room that does so) on the 2nd floor & above. We stayed in the 5th room with no beach view and no offer to change rooms.
  : Parking ten mins away from the property in sea world. Pay by app primarily. The owner asked if there was parking outside question was ignored. Parking is available for unloading. 10 min walk for parking ok if not raining or able-bodied. Listed as a hotel, it is not it is a B&B with limited options. Water not replaced in the room, biscuits not replaced in room (you should not have to ask.)Payment processing for the hotel before we arrived was painful. we stated we had paid but CVC missing from the payment. We arrived and before anything else pounced on for payment as soon as we walked in We did say we had paid twice with both our cards but CVC missing not our error but host or booking.com? Breakfast OK but, burnt egg & bacon twice in 3 days. Good range of cereal, and yogurt. portioned jugs of milk & juice per room. No smoking policy in rooms but B&B stunk of smoke from the owner's quarters and was like this on all three nights. Extremely noisy in this room Room 5 from traffic
