  : The rooms was very dirty we turned the fan on and more dust blown out than air loved it lol.
  : Everything was just so bad not clean dirty place . As a booking .com person you are treated differently to the other people set time for breakfast and only breakfast nothing else the floor looked like the brushed off the tables not wiped or cleaned. 2nd day we had breakfast out as nothing in place!!!The fan in the room was blowing the dust round the room . Shower very dirty dont stay in room 223. Its like faulty towers lol

  : Where do I start. Sent to a room that was an absolute state, when I explained to the manager to get him to see this disgrace he even said I played it down on how bad it was with food everywhere I could go on, then the manager said he would get it cleaned and then he said there was actually another family still in there and booking.com had double booked us, we paid for a sea view with a double bed and a single and all that he said is available was a double bed which had been chucked together for us to have it came with dirty cups no milk for the tea and coffee, no towels broken shower fitting and a window that would only stay open with a block as it slammed shut to the expense of my friends fingers and the smell made us heave and with the view of a brick wall instead of the sea view we paid for, and as there was no extra single bed this meant my son had to then find another hotel which took up most of our day trying to find and costing an extra 180, the manager is expecting a email from you and will confirm what I have explained. I have never had a bad experience with yourselves and will be eagerly awaiting your reply on this absolute disgrace

  : Location and view, good size room.
  : No one at reception when we arrived, stood for a while and had to go find someone. Room was 128 a night and all the wall paper was peeling everywhere, bathroom was awful, need a majorly redecorated for the price charged. Room was boiling, so had the windows open but there's a street lamp directly outside so had to had curtains shut but they're so heavy and close to the windows that it then stopped any air getting in. Also very noisy, could hear every step upstairs took cause the floors creaked so loudly, and lots of constant noise from traffic until about 2am, then started up again at about 6am.

  : It was on the sea front!
  : Very outdated and poor facilities and ran down, light in bed was just hanging by a wire and Also wallpaper hanging off not to mention the dusty bed and dirty stained carpet coming on to the staff would hardly talk and just glared at you as you walked past! No welcome pack telling what time breakfast was ( they might as well not bothered there full breakfast wasnt even the size of a childrens breakfast they wouldnt even serve that in prison! Judging by the time it took to come out you would of thought it was fresh but toast was cold and bacon was more rubbery that my car wheels!) the whole building smelt like a old peoples home and was very dirty! Quite frankly i wouldnt stay here again even if I was paid to!
