  : Good clean room with ensuite facilities. Good value for money and central position for all amenities. John the owner was very friendly and helpful; he showed us to our room and advised us of the facilities. Provided with a front door key and to ask for anything we needed.
  : Shelf above sink limited your ability to wash/swill your face properly without getting water on the floor. The height of the tap from the bottom of the sink made it impossible to fill the kettle with water - we had to use cups to fill the kettle.

  : A warm welcome from the lady behind the bar ( sorry I can't remember your name ) who helped me up the stairs with my very heavy suitcase. She also recognised and greeted me when I was out in town and had a lovely friendly chat.John the owner very hospitable showed me on the leaflets places of intrest to visit .Offered any assistance if needed Helped me down the stairs with an even heavier case when leaving ( sorry John ) Bed was comfortable Short walk from train stationA short walk to the centre of Weymouth where there are lots of places to eat and shop.Seperate entrance for residence ( didn't have to go through pub) Wifi Value for money!
  : I can't tell you about the pub area as I didn't go into it except for check in . I was pleasantly surprised though that on Karokee evenings I wasn't disturbed by the noise / singing They don't serve food but I could bring in a takeaway. The upstairs outside area could do with a good tidy- up, especially if the weather is good you could' spend more time out there as I noticed a couple of loungers.Noise when shower is on ( could just be the room I was in ?) En suite is small however for a 'slim' solo traveller i was OK with it
