  : The Leam Hotel was shabby, with chipped paint and a mishmash of furnishings. The place looked as if it needed refit and redecoration.It seemed as if some decoration and already been undertaken, with a faint smell of paint in some areas, but much was needed.The staff we contacted with were friendly and attentive.Breakfast was OK, but didn't reach what was mentioned on the Website
  : Our bed appeared to be a double with two single mattresses which were oversize to the base. Thus there was no support at the edges of the bed,Poor decorative order.In one room the tv ariel not connected.Lack of lounge furniture in lounge.

  : Bar was not open it would of been nice. The welcome was great and very helpful. Location excellent. No parking but I recommend Asda about 5 min away. Parking was 7 pound for 2 days. Oh and breakfast was really good. Room was small but comfy.

  : We liked the location, it was far enough away from everything but also a nice walk to anything we needed. We began to like our room as the time went on, it was sweet and fair for the money. Decor was nice and it was in a good area of the hotel, nice and quite. Mark, the man who helped us out was lovely, but to receive his help, we had to call him.
  : When we walked in the door, it smelt like someone had been smoking something pungent. Then as we went through the next door it smelt like toilets, then as we went up the stairs there was another strong smell of food. When we went into the room it was nice and refreshing and smelt good. But I worry the cleanliness of the overall hotel was not good. It was also strange that it was fully booked out but we only came across maybe 4 people. As well as this there was no one on the desk, other than when we arrived. It was strange.
