  : A Bay window giving the room more light and better view . Comfortable beds . A fridge and electric kettle with tea / coffee . Electric radiator to dry our wet clothes . Very close to the sea front and shopping area . Availability of off street car parking .
  : Rather dated decor but not a problem with our stay .

  : Ideally situated for Weymouth beach and centre, literally 5 minutes to beach. Bed was comfy but sheets were stained. Shower powerful but mouldy around seals. The lady who showed us in was very friendly. We were lucky to park in permit parking which was 10 a day which was reasonable but did not mention that you had to pay on the website. Plenty of milks and teabags etc. had a small fridge and microwave which was handy.
  : The room needs a deep clean very dusty and mugs were stained. The outside windows have peeling paint. We originally booked a room with patio and kitchen but we were changed to a family room as apparently the windows were being replaced and it was the only time that it could be fitted in , so we agreed, but there were no windows being replaced while we were there over the weekend and was then told the owner was using the room that weekend so not altogether truthful. Tv very small and as mentioned sheets and pillows stained and shower seal very mouldy. Furniture very old.

  : Booked the family room, received a Small Double room. Obviously the owner came up with an excuse.No check in code sent in advance - very complicated to get in.Rooms ok - could be cleanerWould not go there again

  : Near the railway station, seafront, quay and town centre
  : Other guests slamming doors and being too loud despite signage asking not to slam doors and to keep quiet. No breakfast provided, hence cheaper cost, but cafes are close by and wetherspoons is 5 minute walk away.
