  : Sadly we didn`t like anything !
  : This the worst hotel we have stayed in. It is "tatty" and well passed its best. Needs major improvements. When we arrived we were told the hotel would be closed on our checkout day and we would have to leave by the side door. We were very uncomfortable with this particularly as we didn`t think anyone else was staying in the hotel. As a result we did not stay for the second night and found a room in another hotel. The hotel is in a good position but adjoining properties are also not attractive and generally the area is in decline. We paid 184 for 2 nights which was room only. This was certainly not value for money. The hotel which we stayed in for our second night was a similar price and given the experience was good value.

  : Bit of confusion when I turned up however I think he's name was Gary the manager who lives there sorted it within minutes very polite and professional cheers mate clean and comfortable bed and room red hot shower view out to sea all round pretty good for 50 quid well worth it

  : Room was not presented as shown, beds lacked stuffing and were all springs, pillows old and shower didnt shower just poured. As we were only occupants of hotel at the weekend it was suggested we could stay on our own with back door on the latch. Staff were understanding when we asked for our money back for the two nights but we shouldnt have been put in that position. If we had of stayed we had no mobile reception so couldnt have used the number we were given or called for emergency services if required.

  : Nobody was at the reception, they just refunded one night. I don't search a new hotel for one night and come back the second day because the Hotel can't provide a receptionist.

  : Location . Balcony sea view fantastic. Room was clean big and modern and value for money however
  : There is more water pressure from the broken guttering outside on a rainy day on the balcony than in the bathroom. The bath took 27 mins to be half full! The balcony is slippery and needs a jet wash. There is a step outside the balcony door with no warning sign just a thin strip of yellow and black tape if you look down ! The toilet is not accessible for anyone above a size ten ! For such a big room they could spare a few inches for a more comfortable experience! There is no hand rail in the bathroom considering the main demographic for this hotel is mature is an accident waiting to happen. The bed was not comfortable at all! no phone in the room for emergencies or to contact reception. No local information in the room lots of posters and instructions around the reception which makes it feelA bit like a scout hostel and not a hotel. While the parking is free which is a bonus the surface of the car park is a lawsuit in waiting dont wear heels if you want to keep both your ankles ! To the management I know a reliable local handyman who can take care of all your repair needs.
