  : We stayed in Seaview 2 which was just next to the main house and had beautiful sea views and morning sunshine. The room was comfortable with seating area and very well equipped with fridge, toaster etc. The hotel overall is stunning, the gardens are very well kept and you can sit out and enjoy the views of the weather is good. The pool is a lovely sheltered area to relax with towels provided. Breakfast had lots of choice. As vegetarians we were well catered for. We were able to charge our electric car during the stay which was very useful. Location wise you can easily take the footpath down towards the seafront where there is cafes, ice-creams etc. To get to the main town centre it’s about 20 mins walk which is where the main pubs and restaurants are. We found the hotel to be well situated to visit all different parts of the island. Definitely recommend Coast in Cowes for a nice meal. We also had good meals at Pendletons in Shanklin and The Bistro in Ventnor. David is a great host and had lots of tips on where to see and was flexible with check in/ checkout which we appreciated

  : Having to book a time/ food for breakfast the day before?? Bar prices were ridiculous to say you had to make it yourself(pub prices where you get it made for you)???? Overpriced for a B&B (not hotel no food after 1100am).
