  : Room satisfactory, balcony a little disappointing - it seemed more of a broad walk and a little tatty. Breakfast on the first morning - chaotic. Lack of cups, juice, croissants, staff. We made the hotel aware of this. Not much better on second day - we asked for a pot of tea which we had been provided with the day before and was told tea bags were available and you 'made your own'.

  : A big room, clean and comfortable, with all amenities and a balcony with a decent view. Parking on site.
  : Checked in, only to find out that the table I had booked for 7:00 hadn't been booked. Told by the receptionist that it wasn't a problem, and she booked it while we were there. Arrived at 7:00 for our meal, no record of the booking!! No problem, says the self important Front of House, who then shows us to a table stuck against a wall, not in the main room, which we could hear was buzzing, but in a small empty side room. We assumed the much better placed tables in this room were reserved. No, still empty when we left. And yes, we were well dressed. The meal was a shared starter of 3 slices of ciabatta with only enough oil and balsamic for one slice, and a few olives. A salad of half a chicken breast, 3 small potatoes, half a tomato, half a boiled egg, and a full bag of Tesco mixed leaves. A Thai curry of 7 prawns, hidden among half a pound of sugar snap peas and pak choi, and a cup of rice. And 2 slices of Bakewell, one of which was ordered with cream, but arrived with ice cream. Oh, and a bottle of Zinfandel. 97!!! Worth half that!!!! If you want a room only, great. But Dine out!!!!!

  : Hotel staff were very polite and welcoming. The bed was very comfy. Showers were very clean and the room was very big compared to the other hotels in terms of size.
  : No street lights were having electrical power in hotel campus, parking area and the main gate. It was pitch dark black.
