  : Bed linen, shower and hot water. Self access was very well managed by Sarah. Were able to gain access during the day without any trouble as we had our own front door and room keys. Sarah and Kate were doing their very best to make it possible to continue running the b and b.
  : Owner is unwell so 2 ladies were managing it - but were not resident. Breakfast was well prepared and presented but the continental was very limited. Decorations were tired and dated, stair carpet was dirty. Towel rail in bathroom fell off the wall, needed attention. Garden was very overgrown. No chair in Fowey but no room really to put one. Valley View was a lovely light room with a big bay window - but a small bathroom and tiny basin - and Fowey was much smaller and quite dark - but with a large bathroom. Main A road runs alongside so very noisy until well into the evening and starts again early in the morning.

  : A very pleasant surprise. Now this is a B&B! It has a wonderful homely feel. It's spotless, and the room we stayed in I believe it was Valley View was perfect. A special shout out to all the staff running this establishment; especially Kelly for her great service and her deliciously cooked breakfasts each morning.
  : The check-in time is late, 5pm, especially if you are coming from close by. However, they have a system that allowed us to check in slightly earlier, so in the end it was no bother.

  : The team were friendly and breakfast taste/quality & process (ordering night before) and service was exceptional and personal. Parking off road! Convenient location for St Austell (driving) Big bathroom, shower AND bath! Exceptionally good value for a short stay in our opinion and we would certainly revisit. Big thank you to the team! Felt incredibly homely and welcomed personally even with self checkin which was flexible.
  : A little bit of mould in the bathroom (us being picky!). it's on the corner of a busy-ish road and it was warm weather (positively) but that meant at night we had the window open to feel cooler which meant we could hear alot of traffic, including some idiot motorcyclists being very loud at night which woke us up BUT that's not a controllable point. The bedroom was the same size as the bathroom, huge bathroom which was amazing but it meant the bedroom felt small - it was comfortable but not airy. We didn't use the garden but it wasn't maintained well at the point of visit so wouldn't have used if we did have time.
