  : The house is superbly decorated with all the creature comforts you would need. The fridge was stocked with the basics of milk, butter and bread with a fine selection of tea, fresh coffee and biscuits, which was a welcome surprise after a long journey on a Sunday!! The owner had great communication and was there to meet us to give us a brief for the heating controls, etc.
  : The main Tregorrick road leading to the property, restricted the dog walking, as it was quite busy for a single carriage country road.
