  : Location, off road parking, comfy bed, good shower
  : Smoke alarm did not have a battery in it and when we bought one to put in, the smoke alarm overheated within a minute and could have caught fire- very dangerous. There was a loose manhole cover in the road right outside which made a noise like a gun shot every time a car passed over it, which was all day long and late into the night. The windows were very dirty and there were noisy builders next door.

  : There was only one quarter of a toilet roll provided which wasnt sufficient. There were no dishwasher tablets provided so we had to buy some. There were cobwebs and dirt around the feet of the table. There were cobwebs in the hall. The sofas were dirty underneath cushions. There was hair around the shower on arrival. Insufficient power points - extremely difficult to use hairdryer. The windows and window sills were filthy and the grass needed mowing.

  : The location was Great. The cottage was lovely and warm and cosy. The oak floors were fab. Very warm and inviting. The puzzle was Great fun getting everyone involved in finding the parts that matched up. The Smeg washer/ Dryer was Excellent with 2 small children under the age of five. Also having Milk in the fridge when we arrived was a lovely touch. Thank you for that!
  : Disappointed with oven not working and three spot lights out even though it was reported over and over to Miss Georgina Pike. Care taker. Unprofessional service/ No service. And never got repaired the whole time we was there. And no privacy via no nets or blinds at bedroom Window or kitchen windows or byfolding doors and no bath for children which was disappointing . It is not family friendly cottage. Not for people with babies. Stairs are steap. Also bathroom wall could do with slash back where the sink is as wall gets wet from taps. Cottage needs repainting and filling where there has been movement in the building. Both bedrooms need repainting and refilling and stair case is in need of a paint as grubby. Front door needs wood filler and paint due to weather. There should be a pavement walk way to the front door from the parking bay to prevent walking mud in from the grass. Also if this is for familes with young children then this cottage should have all safely equipment such as stair gate, high chair etc. Tiles in shower need replacing as they are cracked. And the shower base is full of black mould, this all needs replacing.

  : Parking space good. Cottage itself as pictured.
  : Water system extremely noisy every time taps, shower or toilet used. Could be dangerous and needs urgent attention. Spoiled our holiday, even came on when no water being used, we left a day early due to this problem. We had great difficulty opening key safe on arrival with my friend breaking 2 finger nails. On contacting the caretaker we were told that he was no longer the caretaker and we should have been given a new number. This was reported to Booking .com as we had booked through them. No new number was forwarded to us. The rear fence is broken and leaning towards kitchen window leaving a gap giving access from a rear yard on which stands an inhabited caravan within feet of the property.

  : Lovely house, nicely decorated. Very comfortable sofas. Had everything we needed and very comfortable bedsThe owners has taken care to provide towels and nice crisp white bedding.The location is perfect for exploring rye, soo close.
  : The back door was very difficult to close, so after the first time we didn't try to open it again.The garden could be more cared for, adding some shrubs or plants, although I was perfectly useable.The windows were a bit dirty.

  : The house was on main td and diificilt to get out as on corner so needed guidance to see way out without being involved in a accident
