  : A delightful little apartment with lovely views. It is in an ideal location just a short walk from Rye centre. This is our second visit and we hope to come back.

  : Pleasant, modern decor and facilities. View pleasant in one direction not so much in the other (next to industrial unit)
  : It hadnt been cleaned, dishes put away, bedding and towels changed after previous guests. The bed was lumpy and uneven in its support. When we spoke to the owner about the accommodation not being ready for use she said, not again, implying it was the first time her cleaner had let them down.We had to wait nearly 3 hours after the expected access time (16:00) for the property to be made ready.
