  : This is a great little apartment. It's clean and comfortable, with all you might need for a short stay. The location is excellent - just a short walk into the centre of Rye. The best part is the balcony/deck which overlooks the water - it's a great place to relax with a glass of wine after spending the day exploring the area.

  : Excellent location with parking, although approach road badly rutted. Very well equipped and in good order. Clean and tidy. Underfloor heating in bathroom added touch of luxury.
  : Washing machine - not really something to use on holiday, better not to have it and have more room in the lounge.

  : This lovely apartment exceeded our expectations. The photos did not do it justice as it was much nicer inside than we expected, and the deck was absolutely gorgeous. We sat outside every morning and it was such a sun-trap, and watching the tide go in and out was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed, and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Book of instructions, local points of interest, restaurants etc. was also great. It was also very well equipped - I suggest including a more comprehensive list of the available items like cafetiere, bottle opener, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc. as we weren't sure whether to bring these with us and there was so much provided! Location was great, easy 10 minute walk into Rye and within driving distance of so many lovely sites including the gorgeous nature reserve, Camber Sands and Bodiam Castle.
  : If you were staying longer then a washing machine would be great. The portable one provided just didn't work at all. I would say there was room for a slimline one next to the dishwasher perhaps. We also had a few issues with the heating, the instructions were quite limited for this (though great for everything else) but did crack it in the end.
