: The room decor (green room) was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of provisions in the room and catered for all dietary requirements. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Beautiful location.
: The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell and the hallway could do with a little tlc.

: The owners were lovely people who made breakfast fresh from a generous menu. They were very knowledgeable about the area and friendly, chatting with guests in the morning about their plans for the day. The breakfast room overlooked a lovely garden. A nice tea/coffee service was available in the room. The current owners are selling property this year so changes may occur.
: If you have a fear of spiders you may want to avoid. The room was lovely but there were many inhabitants already there. Perhaps the new owners will evict them. Perhaps theyll get new beds as well.

: Charming large family room for 4 people. Owners provided a wonderful breakfast and were very helpful with suggestions around the area. Beautiful views of the river and countryside!
: You do have to drive a short distance into Pitlochery for restaurants and shopping.

: No view in the back rooms just a wall so darkish, no fridge in room, had to flush toilet several times, furniture and bedding needs updating, advertised as dog friendly but not so sure, road outside very busy.
