  : Great location in centre of Pitlochry. Nice breakfast included in price.
  : The room was a little tired, but that didn't bother me too much. However, it wasn't very clean in places. It basically needed a good clean.

  : Location was good central to the town with its own parking
  : The room looked lovely on first sight, but the fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress and was torn in the corner where they'd obviously tried to make it fit and it kept pulling off the corner. The duvet cover hadn't been done up which we didn't realise when we went to bed so my feet got caught in it. There was no where to sit and do your hair and makeup. The mirror was too high on the wall for me in the bedroom. the bathroom had all black panelling and the light on the mirror in there wasn't bright enough and the towells were obviously old!There was thick dust in the top of the radiator, the mug in the bathroom was dirty the seats in the two chairs had lost their padding. The host met us at the door gave us a key to our room and a menu sheet to fill out for breakfast in the morning and disappeared. He was polite but brusk. Breakfast appeared too quick for it to have been made from scratch hence the menu card we presume ! You get what you pay for it was OK but wouldn't go back

  : Great location and a comfortable, spacious room. The premisses have a direct (pedestrian) path to the main street. Full Scottish breakfast was nice as well. Everythink one might need (pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, shops) is in walking distance. Small fridge available in the room.

  : Lovely location. Friendly welcome. Room facing hills across valley. Excellent cooked breakfast. Strong WiFi.
  : Room I had was pretty big but had virtually no storage space apart from a few hangers. For stays longer than a couple of days you don't really want to live out of your suitcase!

  : The room was small, but we expected that. It suit what we needed. It is on the top floor and so there are alot of stairs, but we were told that in advance as well. The breakfast was great and I loved that you filled out a card stating what you would like and it was ready for you when you can down. The location is very central and within walking distance to the downtown and places for dinner.
  : The house is a little tired-looking. It could do with a few upgrades to the bathroon in the upper room. But it was a cute space.

  : Great location, lovely property and a very nice breakfast provided. The host was very friendly and helpful.
  : The room was very small and became rather hot even with the windows open. The sheets were ill fitting and soon came off the bed as you rolled over.
