  : the actual company platinum pillows are very difficult to deal with. they make it so complicated to just check in! also they take a 250 deposit on top of what youve paid which then took a week to be returned

  : they wrote us like hundred times about leaving the apartment on time. The apartment is falling apart. Everything is half broken, the doors dont close right and the sofa is really bad as a bed

  : We liked the location, includes 1 parking space, Slept 5 people, secure building door and apartment, 2 bathrooms, patio doors for fresh air, kitchen table & 4 chairs. Each room has a closet for hanging clothes, night stand and lamp.
  : the refrigerator didnt work & we had groceries go bad. Kitchen had a bad odor upon arrival, mold in en-suite shower. couches didnt smell or feel clean. Down comforter for the sofa bed was stained or dirty. I requested 5 bath towels, I was responded that the towels were there and ready. There were only 4 bath towels. Spider web nest on wall outside of the en-suite bathroom about 1 ft up off the floor. freezer needs to be defrosted. couches are two small love seats, not comfortable nor provides much seating.

  : Location to city center is just a 1in bus ride, however on a very busy noisy street
  : Not enough utensils to make a meal for 4 people. Very small pot and very small pan. Not enough serving dishes for salads and cooked food. No steak knives, only 4 forks. Beds are not comfortable. Smallest single beds I have ever seen. Sleeper couch is definitely not good. The vacuum.clear does not attach to the part that acts as a broom, so you have to use small attachedment only. Water temperature is definitely a problem. Had to ask for technician on 3 occasions. Eventually just gave up . Sometimes there is hot water, Sometimes not. It has nothing to do with how many people shower or not. The 2nd bathroom shower we could not use for 5 days as had to be res-sealed.as was leaking into bottom flat. My mom could not use the 2nd shower as it is over a bathtub, that is very high to climb into . Staff who respond to emails at management company are very polite but apologize constant , but don't actually resolve the issue. For a 9 day stay , they do not provide enough toilet paper, or blag bags for refuse, so be prepared to buy .Some towels were very old and even had holes in them. For the price you pay, this place is definitely not worth it
