  : The property was easy access from the bypass and there was parking on site.
  : The property was dirty, with stained cushions and filthy washing up materials. The TV remote was held together with glue and didnt work. The quality of the room was poor. we woke up to water coming through the ceiling and a large crack running the length of the ceiling between our beds. We reported this to staff who gave us 1 towel to mop it up with, we asked for more as our stuff was getting wet and they obliged. We raised concerns after our stay about the poor quality of the room and the negative experience we had and received an accusatory response from the management of the property, refusing to consider compensation for the experience we had had. The customer service was non- existent. Fortunately booking.com acknowledged that the service provided was negative and we received great customer service from them. The property refused to compensate even when booking.com contacted them.
