  : The staff were very friendly, the bar was cheap, location was great for what we needed, the decking that ran around the hotel was great plenty seating areas inside and out, playpark there in the garden but no kids allowed?
  : The shower tiles were disgusting with mould & the fan was really noisy that you couldnt use it which let the ensuite down, the blinds were cheap plastic, the mattress dipped in the middle because it was so soft & cheap, no kettle in the room either which I overheard other guests mention, you could get coffee in the morning but not till after 9-9.30am, we walked to Greggs instead

  : Clean, comfortable, plenty of parking, location.
  : If I'm getting picky, the room did get warm, I thought there could have been a fan in the room, I guess I could have asked for a fan, telly bracket was fixed so no adjustment to the viewing angle. Like I said I'm being picky.

  : Nothing at all, I asked what time the heating went on because my room was cold, it was raining and my clothes were soaking, I told him I needed my clothes dry and the male staff member said “that’s not my problem, we’re a hotel not a laundrette”
