: The apartment is located in a high-rise building with good security and a lovely balcony. It is very close to the City center and River Tyne. You can get access to the riverbank, shopping mall, supermarket, metro station, etc .. within walking distance. The host is a nice, helpful, and responsive guy.
: The apartment is opposite to a series of pubs. At night there will be a bit noisy.

: Great location, central and close to station and shops but be aware Times Square close to apartment is very busy at night and is a location for outdoor music events which may finish very late. Flat itself very comfortable and very clean. Kitchen well appointed and had all the basics for cooking like oil, salt and pepper etc. which was very welcome, also tea and coffee. Extremely helpful host and apartment generally good value for money and good base for seeing the city. Just a short Metro ride to some beautiful beaches on the coast.
: The communal areas area little off-putting.
