  : Friendly staff and very clean and tidy downstairs and in our room
  : It’s not a dislike but I found the stairs area and the doors as you went upstairs a bit grubby and unloved

  : Breakfast was chaotic, not enough staff to manage the number of guests, we had to wait a long time for coffee to be available, food was not replenished fast enough. In addition the spread out layout was confusing and inconvenient.
  : Our shower diverted did not work well and water temperature was hard to adjust and varied in use. It was also of very low pressure. No power point beside bed for charging.

  : Run down, cobwebs on windows in corridors. Bathroom was tired & shower screen was grubby. Knob to change from bath taps to shower was broken so had to fiddle with mechanism then the shower wouldn't stay on a constant temperature.

  : The staff member that greeted me on my arrival was soo lovely and personable, compared to the rest of staff I encountered downstairs, no negative interactions still professional, very warm interaction with house keeping team lady. I liked the decor, dining room, breakfast was tasty. Love the location because you get to walk through the town. Clean tidy room-good size, large bed, comfortable.
  : It's a old building so you can hear your neighbours walking around above you, floors very squeeky, silver fish on one of the towels (had an extra towel so didn't request) and some small areas of what looks like stubborn mould staining in the shower. Otherwise clean. I imagine the shower just needs a little more ventilation. Shower pressure mod to low and temperature very labile, I assume this might be due to older pipework. My room didn't have much natural light or a view, due to where the windows was facing.

  : Our bedroom was very small, tired and definitely needed a good refurb, very noisy road outside the window.
