  : The food was lovely however the music in the outdoor dining area was too loud.
  : The hotel is advertised as Hotel with Spa but apparently you have to pay for using the pool and other spa facilities which is not clear when booking over booking.com. There was no information from reception staff regarding breakfast and that the pool could't be used free of charge.

  : The building was nice and the suite was spacious.
  : The staff were so rude and disrespectful. I was going to get my bags from the car and one of the managers started accusing me of meeting someone and telling me it’s against their policy. I had no idea why she was so adamant to accuse me of something so random instead of waiting to see if I came back with my bags or a person. I also found it hard to believe I wouldn’t be allowed to have my wife join me in the suite so was unsure what the manager was insinuating. I tried to complain to a different manager the next morning and was taking to a quiet corridor where he tried to shake me down and tell me that my complaint was deformation of business. None of the managers would identify themselves. They think they are teachers and the interactions were unprofessional and dismissive.
