  : Room was very dusty and could not get rid of the flies which were really annoying us. We were not made aware that the kitchen closes on a Sunday at 6.30pm until we arrived at 5pm. Had we known we would not have had such a later lunch! They told us they put it on their web site, problem is we never looked on their web site, why would we as we booked it through Booking.com. They sent us 3 confirmation texts, one of which was a warning as to the fines we would be liable for if we list our key etc! Why not inform us as to the dining issues then??? ! Then when we went to the bar for a drink they had issues with all the pumps, so we had to settle for a glass of wine and dinner was a bowl of peanuts and 2 packets of crisps, 28 later we were then told the bar closes at 8.30pm. Not customer friendly on a Sunday it appears, so we wont be stopping there again!
