  : Some of the things were broken - a curtain in the kitchen, a lamp in the bedroom, bedroom mirror the apartment could use some new paint :)

  : The location is perfect, just a short walk from Paddington and Hyde Park (where we attended a concert). The area is quiet and safe, serviced by 4 tube lines. The apartment is located in the basement of the building and has a small garden with a table for four bordering a community park. The kitchen has all amenities needed for a short-term stay. The key collection is easy and the self check-in allows arrival at any time of the day. There are some nice restaurants, departments stores in the area. One can both prepare the meal in the unit or dine out.
  : The apartment needs better maintenance. The toilet seat is cracked and needs replacement and not just fixing (noted by other visitors too). There wasn't a single piece of toilet roll paper upon arrival. The garden may have not been cleaned for months and we had to clean the tables and the chairs. It can be a great addition to the unit. I wish it was in a better condition as we would enjoy staying outside until late in the night. The bathroom sink was clogged from the very beginning.

  : great central location. garden patio made it comfortable. kitchen nice.
  : the place was not clean. not at all. stained and dirty walls, doors, floors, linens (ugh). it shows no evidence of care-- no linens left out. we had to scramble to find some. linens lowest quality and mismatched. -bed springy and cheap. - no garbage bags-no coffee-couch pillows stained with something brown -paint throughout the apartment slapped on mostly and missing in many places. it has a general feel of dirty.

  : It is a really cosy apartment in a great location! I loved my stay there, everything of importance was provided by the host. The patio was wonderful too!
  : At times, the shower water would leak on to the bathroom floor which would be a hassle.
