  : The location is superb as it has halal store and restaurants nearby. It is also near to Waitrose supermarket.
  : The water pressure for the shower and tap is not strong. The water was icy cold for us, especially in winter. The apartment was too small for family of 5 (with 2 teenagers and 1 child). We were surprised at how small the apartment was at first but, its location and host won us over. Paula was very friendly and understanding. With it, we were pleased with our stay.

  : Good location to queensway road, paddington station to do my pcr, nearby restaurants and groceries, 2 subway queensway n bayswater. Whole apartment reasonably big for small(2+2kids) to medium family(2+3 or 4kids), kitchen well equipped with plenty cleaning stuff to use. Toilet too.
  : Room beds bit soft as bed springs wornout, resulting middle part sink in. Pillows polyester filling bunch up. Bathroom wash basin tap bad design to put at side, resulting water trapped and messy wet. Bath mat suctions on bath tub cannot stick well, my kid nearly fell due to wet suctions. Recommend redesign to shower cubicle with non slip floor tiles and strong shower spray system. Good hot water shower was ok but need adjust.Overall, this apartment is good to book but disadvantage is the cleaning fee 18% is really unfair as it was higher than room rate/nite.

  : Perfect location, only a few minutes away from the underground. Hyde Park very close too. Many supermarkets nearby. The house was super comfortable and stylish, the kitchen well equipped with utensils, plates, mugs, and kitchen appliances. I would definitely recommend it. I would go back there for another stay.

  : Clean apartment with good facilities (kitchen, coffee maker etc.). Within walking distance to many supermarkets, cafs and restaurants. The bus stop that takes you to Oxford street and other areas was right around the corner, which was very convenient! Easy to check in and the host was kind enough to wait for us although we were running a bit late.
  : There weren't any soap, shampoo or other necessary hygien stuff provided in the apartment. It would have been good to be informed about that before checking in. Also the curtain in the living room was too small for the windows, so it was hard to cover the windows when necessary.

  : I think that the money paid was only for the location.
  : Host didnt send correct address before our arrival. The pictures on booking.com were deceptive because it was made to look like a 2-bedroom apartment which was what we requested for. Host ignored our early check-in and late check-out requests and booked another customer the day we were checking out so we had to make other arrangements for the day with three children in tow! Terrible.
