  : A easy walking distance from Paddington station and good place to relax after a 17 hour plane flight from Australia
  : Wet smelly laundry bedding and towels from previously booked apartment left to dry filling the whole of the apartment with a bad smell wife is asthmatic very detrimental to her health so we could not stay there laundrette is only two streets away so no need to use apartment as drying room A Klevio phone app is used to gain entry to apartment unfamiliar to us and not very practical after a 17 hour plane flight having never used one on any other apartment we have booked over are many years of travelling

  : The location was great. Convenient restaurants and shops near by.
  : On arrival the boiler was not working. We called the number provided which linked to a call centre who in turn connected us to a maintenance engineer. By the time the engineer called back i had managed to look online and get the boiler going, it needed the system topping up as it was low on pressure. The boiler still needs a service as the light never went off. This was on a very cold evening the heating had broken down. The boiler failed again a couple of times whilst we were there. The bath was also blocked when taking a shower. Blinds not working in the bedroom.

  : Location is fantastic, close to the park, with great restaurants and bars all around. Very Central on the Lizzie line so easy to get around.
  : The bed was a little uncomfortable but got over that after a couple of nights. Honestly for the price i could put up with it considering how great everything else was.

  : No stairs, we had 3 large suitcases to lug up 3 flights of stairs

  : The apartment had everything we needed and was warm and cosy.
  : The stairs were a bit of trouble with luggage. Worth noting, but wouldn't put us off next time.

  : Newly refurbished with well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to Hyde park
  : It is very close to the underground station but with ear plugs it wasn't a problem with the noise
