  : Location great. Small but modern rooms.Fantastic breakfast on a balcony overlooking Paddington station (would recommend including)
  : Not well equipped for warmer weather.Hottest hotel room we stayed in for month of travelling Europe.Hotel reception staff very unhelpful. Could do with professional training. No proper welcome or assistance with touring local area. Nor did they give a proper check out. Cafe/breakfast staff were much better but still a little slow.We stayed 5 nights which included turn down service which was not provided once during our stay. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper which is not acceptable given the price they charge per night.

  : Excellent location, comfortable bed and amenities. I stayed twice for the month of September, for my first stay , (wing Y), the Duty Manager organised for me to access my room early as Id arrived in the country on a night flight, this was greatly appreciated, thank you! Also liked the decent sized safe that was incorporated into the bed base.
  : On my second stay for the month I was on a different wing (W) and found this room to be quite noisy (street noise), which impacted my sleep.

  : The breakfast, especially the toffee pancakes, and the overall vibe of the hotel
  : The lack of airco at the room, which was very hot. The room was very small, good for one person but would feel cramped with two.

  : Stylish hotel with a lift, perfect location for trains from Paddington and Heathrow. Friendly staff and good options for food at the cafe/lounge.
  : Although there is a lift, not all rooms are accessible. I was in a room up and down stairs in K wing so needed to carry my case further than expected. The room also had a constant smell of food/cooking oil - I was perhaps near the back of the kitchen or neighbouring restaurants.

  : That the Duty Manager gave me early access to my room after an overnight flight, much appreciated, thank you! The bed was very comfortable and I liked that the safe was incorporated into the bed frame. Breakfast was great. Ideal location to explore London, just 309 metres from Paddington Station.
  : I didnt love the check in process, I had an email asking me to check in online but I was already traveling and I was unable to do this, due to connectivity issues.
