  : Close to Paddington Station, like really close..I knew what I was getting for the price I paid.
  : Room on 4th floor and I had a suitcase I previously read there was no lift I was hoping I'd be allocated a room on a lower level.I don't mind the small room, but the bunk beds are a no-no. Bed was comfortable for sleeping, but sitting on it was not. If you are staying just to be close to Paddington, then book, and if you don't mind, walking the stairs.I would not have been happy to stay more than one night.

  : The next room had unattended children. Constant screaming and shouting. Doors constantly being slammed. Adults coming and going to the room and shouting. I spoke to them but it made no difference. I couldn't sleep with all the noise.

  : Location is perfect! Only 2 mins walk from the Paddington Station (Zone 1 in London), access via Praed Street. The luggage storage facility and the staff were really helpful. The staff were also communicative and friendly, every single message from me was always replied promptly. They even helped me accepting a package that my UK friend sent from another town to me and it arrived two days prior to my check-in date. Im sincerely grateful for that.
  : My room was at the 2nd floor and I was struggle to get the big luggage up the stairs into my room during my arrival. My left hand joint was sprained because of it when I checked out on the 3rd day, trying to get the luggage down the stairs into the reception area. Thank God it wasnt that bad.One of the curtain rail fell off so I was afraid to close the curtain before I went to bed on the first night. I reported to the receptionist that evening and thank goodness it could be fixed the next day. No bathroom mat available in my room. When I stepped outside the shower, I had to do it slowly and carefully for fear of slippery. I also reported this to the receptionist and she gave me an extra bath towel to be a bathroom mat.

  : No hand towel or bath mat in bathroom.. and sign posted in bathroom non potable water. This was not mentioned anywhere in description of room. Bottled water should have been provided in this case, but it wasnt.
