  : The room was in a quiet corner and though single glazed wasn't noisy and was as warm as I wanted it to be. The hotel's location was ideal for my needs. I didn't have breakfast there. The bed was comfy.
  : Really it just comes down to the size of the room, especially the bathroom where you would really struggle if you were of a large frame. it did the job though

  : The room smelled bad of smelly drains, the covers also smelled and I struggled to sleep with it

  : Good location. Comfortable room.
  : Quite difficult for me to get up and down from breakfast room. Stairs to my room were much easier. Plug in my bathroom didnt work. Confusing instructions on accessing Wi-Fi, though the easy way worked fine.

  : The room smelled mould and it was small dark room with no window we couldnt spend the night we ended leaving We asked for refund the guy at the reception said you should ask booking.com for the refund and of course we didnt get our money back

  : Location. It was easy to go to a bus stop to reach Victorias Station to go to Gatwick airport. There are also some stores around to get necessity products.
  : The room had no heating on, had to request at front desk to turn one, they did but then at some point at night they turn it off again. The room was quite cold.

  : I like the fact that was situated in central London, near the Paddington station. It was very convenient to go to the major places of interest
  : The room was uncomfortable and didnt meet the basic expectation for a hotel room this price : the room was in a basement, the mattress was used and very soft, there was no shower curtain or shampoo, the room was dirty. Plus, the noise and vibrations caused by the metro were difficult to bear. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs. I could hear people speaking in the corridor, the isolation was poor quality which made it quite unsafe.I was here during autumn so I didnt air conditioning but if you plan on staying in this hotel during summer, know that there is only a ceiling fan that makes a horrible noise and that doesnt cool down the room (see picture)Finally, the room doesnt look like the one I paid for on the pictures on the website.

  : Near Paddington Tube/ Main line station. Tea/coffee in room.
  : Stayed in a basement room, and it was possible to hear the Tube rumbling underneath. But it was not really a problem. Also my room was small enough to be called cosy, but not small enough to be called claustrophobic. They have made good use of the available space.
