  : The lift. The fridge. The location. When we left the guy on the desk was extremely helpful with our luggage.
  : Its not apparent in the photos but the room is the size of a cupboard.. Our bed was built in on 3 sides so in order to get to the bathroom during the night I had to clamber across my husband. We're both close to 70 so this was extremely disruptive.. If you want the room serviced it's an additional 25 each time. Unfortunately we were shut in our room for 5 days as we both came down with covid..We certainly didn't find it a pleasant place to relax and recover.. There's not so much as a teabag.

  : Location was very good right by Paddington station, nicely designed rooms interior wise. Nice shower and ameneties.
  : I rate this as a negative experience because Sonder have the worst check in process I have ever used. They emailed me almost every day, both email plus booking.com chat as well as texted me. They require you to sign in and provide all the personal details I could think of them requiring and warn you multiple times if you do not do this on time you may not be able to checkin. It shows that locations are self checkin but actually some have a reception, like mine did, so I do not think I needed the check-in online. It was the worst customer service experience in that sense! Initially I booked 2 rooms via booking.com but Sonder only had 1 record. Their chat function was quick to use, I had to then use booking.com to fix the issue and contact Sonder. None of the rooms have a window, I booked x2 rooms for my colleague and I and one was labelled as in the basement and the other not. Both had a window which was facing another wall, so you would never open it or look out (therefore provides no function as a window), this should be advertised. The rooms are very very small. The photos did not represent the specific rooms we had.

  : The location and cardless rooms- using a code rather than room key
  : Room was a lot smaller than it looked online. Minimal privacy between the bathroom and rest of the room. Frosted glass and a door that didnt close all the way. Very noisey at night. Could hear everything from the room next to us including slamming of the door and going up and down the stairs.
