  : Very kind guy at the reception.
  : Very very small bathroom with mold. Unmaintained and worn-out room and room equipment. It's enough to sleep over but dont expect anything else. I've been in much better hotels for a comparable price

  : Nice little room with en suite bathroom in a large Victorian home full of character. Check-in at the affiliated hotel was quick and easy with a friendly receptionist. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, and I liked the quiet street with lush garden views. Would stay here again.

  : Room was very big, beds comfortable.Bathroom good.Although tired and dated +bedside light not working, it was very clean and welcoming.Staff at main hotel and collection point for 'keys', extremely helpful and pleasant. Had to leave a 50 deposit fully refundable providing room left as found. No problem, but had not been made aware! Something to note! Great you could come and go as you pleased with absolutely no restrictions.Use like your own home. Would definitely stay here again.
  : Different to what we are used to as regards checking in, but once you know and understand what the requirements are, it was perfectly fine.

  : We arrived at our location only to find that we had to go another 10 minutes walk to a different location for reception then registered had this been explained to us we wouldve got dropped off at the reception locationBathroom door lock broken Then I found an insect on the end of the bed in the morning I sent over pictures but no response.

  : We were disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. Overall it was shabby and felt down in the mouth. A disappointing start to my UK trip.

  : The place was a bit dated, but it was nice as this gave it character. The staff were incredibly helpful. They were on hand to handle queries. Nothing was too much trouble. I would stay here again.
  : You do have to check in at another hotel, but it is only round the corner.

  : Quite basic and dated but affordable. Very clean. Good quality PG tea and Nescafe coffee. Like that it has plenty of parking available. Quiet area, no passing traffic. Easy check in and check out.
  : Tiny bathroom, very old shower which trickled lukewarm water, impossible to wash my long hair. Kitchen facilities handy but constant smell of cooking from it. Double bed comfortable but single bed had springs poking through so I had to sleep on top of the quilt (with a towel as a blanket)
