  : There is literally nothing good about this property
  : They lie about their amenities. Doors to outside are left fully open by other residents, meaning anyone can walk in off the street, which is fantastic given the area is sketchy. The communal areas stink and the interior is gross and unclean. You receive FIFTEEN emails before checking in. Despite this, when you arrive, you still have to wait 15 minutes on the sketchy streets for the disorganised owner to send you another message with the codes for the doors on. I have never cancelled a booking before but I did here - you would literally have to pay me to stay there. If youre thinking about booking, I promise that youll find better elsewhere maybe the train station or a quiet alley for example. Dont waste your money like I did.

  : Took over 1 hr to gain access to the room as wrong codes had been supplied then given the wrong room then around 4 hrs trying to sort it out on the phone with someone who couldn't speak English as there is no one on site, shower didn't work and dirty. Still waiting for a refund as we didnt get an ensuite as we had booked. All in all poor property, poor service poor area far better for the same money in the city centre.

  : Very spacious and clean, also feels very secure with 3 codes you have to enter to get in.
  : Heating didnt work in room 3, we had Dan try to help but they still dont work.2 lamps in there also didnt work and one blind on the windows is stuck.

  : Difficulty going access. The code for the door I was given didn't work. The bathroom was disgusting, filthy, couldn't get the shower to work, so just had a cold wash. Couldn't get the boiler to work ,so no hot water.

  : The man who showed me in was very helpful,thank you but even tramps or people on the street wouldn't stay there. I have taken pictures holes in the roof the bed not made when you walk in the room the bin full when you walk in, no hot water due to the boiler had gone off because of the hole in bathroom roof leaking in on to it. You had to go through 3 different locks to get in the place alley way disgusting to get to in dog mess bins 2 flights of steep stairs to get the room. Also taking 50 without me knowing at the beginning you need to pay me to stay I'm not expecting the Hilton treatment but that place should have zero rating if there was one. Sorry but really really bad.
