  : This place needs some TLC and then it would be worth the money.The bathroom needs a lot of work.The shower switch needs to be fixed to the wall.The lights outside the window need to be on a timer.Better signage for the cafe.And better training for your cook, for her first day and being left alone is just wrong.
  : Wished we stayed extra nights at a B&B in Blackpool and then travelled to Liverpool and payed for parking.I actually want a refund on this place.

  : Someone had taken our fob in the hotel, which the hotel staff are lying about to booking.com, all we got was the lady showing us up to our room and we heard nothing more from them about what had happened to the fob or if she was looking into the matter. The issue was that the two lock boxes had the exact same code on them. We had no way to lock our door from the inside so had to continually take everything out of our room and leave it in the car as we had no clue who had our fob and neither did the lady who met us (Ann), it also meant that I could not sleep properly as I was worried about someone entering my room as it was just me and my younger sister staying. We could not find alternative accommodation that we could afford due to it being the weekend of Taylor Swift. The shower drain absolutely stunk of mould and farts and the fridge did not work.

  : The bed was comfy. The towels were clean and we had shower wash and body cream.
  : No one to check in, we didn’t see anyone the whole stay. There was a bad smell of grease in the rooms. No plug socked for the kettle. Was not what the pictures on the website showed.
