  : The location of the flat was great, it was a fantastic base. The flat is very spacious, clean and has everything you need.
  : The only negative was the sofa, really could do with a new one - it is not very inviting!

  : The location of property, its very near to Kendal town Center and easy access to all locations. The size of the property is also good for a family holiday with 2 kids. No parking at the property but there is a public car park within 50 meters, early bird offer before 7 am for 1 ( no issues). The WI-FI at property was super fast and excellent, it didnt drop a single time for the entire trip for whole week.
  : Sofa needs changing, it was not comfortable and not clean. Also there was light mould in one of the bedroom that needs treatment ( not major ).

  : On arrival the standard of cleaning was not so good, hair and corners of floors in kitchen not cleaned well. Started our stay by cleaning again

  : Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped only thing missing was a hair drier. On a main road but the triple glassing worked well. Close to car parking. Central location. Nice and warm, good heating.
  : The living room had limited natural light and there were signs of damp throughout, it was October and not brilliant weather. No views. Generally clean but I dont think they had hoovered under the beds.
